Partners Katrine Beck and Jason Aaron were recently invited by Philadelphia Insurance Company (PHLY) to present a webinar on New York Labor Law 200, 240, and 241, and how each pertains to insureds domiciled in New York. Approximately 600 insureds, brokers and claim specialists attended to learn how properties owners can be impacted by these laws, and how to best manage risks before, during and after a construction project. The presentation also included an overview on other related topics such as contractual obligations, indemnity, policy language and risk transfer.
