Jason practices in the area of general liability, with an emphasis on Construction and Labor Law litigation and claims under New York State Labor Law. Jason represents prominent building owners, contractors, developers, and management companies in all aspects and phases of litigation, from inception through trial. Jason routinely handles high-exposure cases involving high-profile adversaries and complex legal issues, involving matters that range from wrongful death actions to convoluted property damage claims.
Jason is the chair of the Construction Law Committee of the Westchester County Bar Association and has lectured on New York State Labor Laws and other matters involving construction litigation at continuing legal education events and seminars.
Jason earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware. Following law school, Jason worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Kelly O’Neill Levy, Acting Supreme Court Justice, at the Harlem Community Justice Center. Jason also worked at a private insurance defense firm in its general liability division.
Jason is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
Jason has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2020.
