Katherine represents contractors, subcontractors, and property owners in New York Labor Law and general liability matters. Her practice focuses on defending complex claims across all phases of litigation, with an emphasis on construction-related disputes and liability exposures.

Prior to joining Fullerton Beck, Katherine was an associate at a top AmLaw 100 law firm, Ropes & Gray LLP, where she represented a broad range of clients in high-stakes government investigations and related litigation. In that role, she gained significant experience managing complex matters, conducting internal investigations, and developing strategic defenses in sensitive, high-risk proceedings.

Drawing on her experience at a leading international law firm, Katherine brings a sophisticated, big‑law foundation to Fullerton Beck, where she is actively involved in litigation and works closely with clients on all aspects of their matters.

Katherine earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the St. John’s Law Review. During law school, she represented low-income and elderly New York City residents in consumer debt and construction fraud matters through the school’s clinical program, advocating on behalf of vulnerable populations in contested proceedings.

She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Nelson S. Román of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Before law school, Katherine gained a foundational understanding of the legal system through her internships with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office and the New York City Police Department’s Legal Bureau.

Katherine received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College.
