Our Environment
While we take our work and the nature of cases seriously, we do not lose sight of the importance of camaraderie and the benefits it brings to our attorneys and professional staff, and ultimately our clients. In fact, one of our pillars is “Work hard, but keep it Light”, which perfectly embodies our work and team culture. We provide a warm and inviting work environment including newly designed workstations and offices, together with a large kitchen which services central to the office and catching up with one another. We host a variety of firmwide events that allow our team to spend time together outside of work such as kicking off the summer month with a summer soiree, hosting an ice cream social complete with an ice cream truck that visits the office, and an annual Yankees outing in a full-service private suite. These events are more than just fun—they are integral to building the strong, collegial relationships that make our firm a great place to work.
Formalized Clerkship Programs
Fullerton Beck offers structured 10-week Summer Associate Training Program, designed to provide hands-on legal training and meaningful exposure to our core practice areas. The program serves as a pipeline to Law Clerk and full-time associate positions for law students following graduation.
Summer Associates and Law Clerks work closely with attorneys across a range of practice areas, including appellate advocacy, general liability, medical malpractice, and New York labor law/construction law. Our Summer Associates are actively involved in drafting motions, conducting legal research, preparing discovery responses, and contributing to substantive case work. Summer Associates also observe depositions, court appearances, and mediations, giving them valuable insight into litigation strategy and courtroom procedure.
This broad experience helps rising attorneys to explore different areas of practice and identify the path that best aligns with their interests and career goals.
In addition to legal training, Summer Associates and Law Clerks take part in a variety of professional and social events. These include attending court proceedings and firm outings.

“One of the most rewarding parts of being in Fullerton Beck’s mentoring program is the incredible support system. Everyone here makes me feel comfortable asking questions and is always willing to take time out of their day to help whenever I need it. Grateful to be part of such a collaborative and encouraging environment!” – C.P., Summer Law Clerk
“I began my journey with Fullerton Beck through its Summer Internship Program, where I was introduced to a variety of practices. This experience allowed me to discover my passion for General Liability and New York Labor Law. The invaluable mentorship I received—both then and throughout my career here—has equipped me with essential skills and guidance. Today, as a newly promoted Senior Counsel, I can reflect on how the firm’s support and the encouragement of my colleagues have shaped my love for the law and the trajectory of my career.” – H.C., Senior Counsel
