Jaymie Einhorn is an experienced and skilled litigator with more than 35 years of defending medical malpractice and Labor Law cases. She represents physicians and hospitals, including the nation’s largest municipal health system, across all areas of medicine and surgery, with a particular focus on pediatric and adult orthopedics, neurosurgery, psychiatry, urology, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, OBGYN and oncology cases.  She handles high-exposure matters, from birth injuries to wrongful death cases.  Jaymie also represents nursing homes and ambulance companies.

Jaymie often achieves dismissals with motion practice and has taken medical malpractice and general liability cases to verdict. Within her niche of representing orthopedists, she has an intimate knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures and orthopedic injuries to children and adults that she uses to successfully defend her clients.

Jaymie also has practiced in the area of municipal liability with a proven track record defending public officers and entities.  In product liability cases, she has represented manufacturers across industry sectors. She has also defended federal civil rights and discrimination cases under U.S.C. Section 1983.

Prior to joining Fullerton Beck, Jaymie was a partner for over 26 years at two prestigious New York medical malpractice firms. She also worked in-house as a member of the legal team with insurance giant AIG, where she took general liability cases to verdict and defended complex construction accident matters. Her work in-house with AIG gives her an invaluable inside perspective and understanding of insurance companies’ concerns and how to address them with an effective and efficient approach to litigation.
