Hunter earned his Juris Doctorate from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and received a Bachelor of Science in marketing from St. John’s University.

While in law school, Hunter served as senior associate for the Pace International Law Review and his article, “Forgetting the Right to be Forgotten: The Everlasting Negative Implications of a Right to be Dereferenced on Global Freedom in the Wake of Google v. CNIL,” was published in the Spring 2020 issue. Hunter also served as a chat operator for LawHelpNY, a nonprofit organization that provides free legal information and resources for New Yorkers who cannot afford an attorney.

Hunter is a member of the Westchester and Dutchess County Bar associations.
