Heather Julien is an experienced attorney with a successful practice focused on general liability, no-fault, medical malpractice, commercial litigation and appeals. She handles all aspects of litigation at the state and federal court levels, including the New York Court of Claims and the New York Appellate Division. Heather represents corporations, individuals, and insurance carriers in matters ranging from business transactions to land use/zoning, and insurance defense. Her experience working on behalf of defendants and plaintiffs provides with a 360-degree perspective to her cases. She intimately knows the strategies often created by opposing counsel allowing her to anticipate the litigation strategies required to prevail even in the most complex matters.

Heather earned her Juris Doctorate from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from John Jay School of Criminal Justice. She is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the Southern District of New York.
