Eileen Reynolds Becker is the managing partner of Fullerton Beck’s Connecticut office. A veteran litigator with more than 25 years of experience and a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, Eileen is an aggressive trial attorney who has taken nearly 40 cases to verdict. She represents individuals, businesses and other organizations in civil litigation, typically personal injury defense matters involving automobile accidents, premises liability, professional liability, and product liability.

She also has extensive experience representing healthcare professionals and facilities in medical malpractice litigation. She manages an active docket of 35-40 cases at any given time, many of which are high-exposure matters, encompassing wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, orthopedic injuries, and a spate of other claims.

Prior to joining Fullerton Beck, Eileen ran her own law firm and worked in the Connecticut offices of national law firms. She also worked in the Philadelphia office of an Am Law 100 firm.

Eileen has been named to the Connecticut Super Lawyers since 2017 and was named for inclusion in The Best Lawyer in America® in Insurance Law, Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants and Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants. She is a member of the New Haven County and Connecticut Bar Associations and the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association.

She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Connecticut and the Southern District of New York. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.

Eileen earned her A.B. degree from Syracuse University (1989) and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law (1992), where she served as managing editor of the Rutgers Law Journal.
