Derek M. Zisser is a Partner at Fullerton Beck LLP whose practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on New York Labor Law and construction-related matters. With approximately 14 years of experience as a defense attorney, he has also developed effective strategies in defending claims arising from general liability exposures, products liability and commercial disputes.
