Charles Isaacs

Special Litigation Counsel

With more than a decade of litigation experience, Charles Isaacs focuses his practice on defending high-exposure premises liability and New York Labor Law cases.

Charles is valued for his ability to break down complicated liability and damages issues, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive cases toward resolution, whether through dismissal, settlement, or verdict. He has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and skilled litigator on matters with substantial risk and exposure.

Before joining Fullerton Beck, Charles was a partner at a national insurance defense law firm where he managed a full caseload of civil litigation on behalf of insurance companies and their insureds. He handled matters from inception through trial, consistently using effective discovery tactics and motion practice to strengthen the defense and position cases for early resolution.

He also represented clients in construction defect, toxic tort, and professional liability cases, where he gained extensive experience in defending depositions, retaining experts, drafting dispositive motions, and honing his settlement negotiation skills.

Earlier in his career, Charles conducted over 100 bench trials in landlord-tenant and housing-related matters, representing both public housing authorities and private landlords in complex disputes and appeals.
