Brandon is an experienced litigator practicing in the areas of general liability, medical malpractice, nursing home and long-term care, New York Child Victims Act litigation, and appeals. He defends complex claims through all phases of pre-trial litigation and has had great success winning dismissal through summary judgment and negotiating favorable resolutions in difficult cases. Brandon takes pride in providing his clients with timely, concise case evaluations and developing practical defense strategies to meet their needs.
Brandon earned his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law, a Master of Fine Arts from Brooklyn College, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Detroit Mercy. Prior to joining Fullerton Beck LLP, Brandon was a senior associate in medical malpractice defense at a private firm. He also litigated employment discrimination and civil rights actions in federal court. During law school, Brandon worked in the Office of the General Counsel for the New York City Council on employment law and municipal governance issues. He was an associate editor of the Fordham Law Review and received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award for his work with the City Council.
Brandon is admitted to practice in the New York state courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He was recognized in the 2021 edition of Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for Medical Malpractice Law.
