Alexandra Sued is a trial attorney who focuses her practice on general liability defense, with an emphasis on high-exposure New York Labor Law matters involving construction-related catastrophic accidents, wrongful death, and complex medical issues. Her recent trial successes include reducing an eight-figure demand to six-figure jury verdict in a damages-only trial involving alleged catastrophic injuries. Her record is grounded in developing the evidentiary record with trial in mind, as well as meticulous preparation, strategic approach to each case, and command of the medical evidence resulting in effective cross-examination of experts, and clear, credible and persuasive presentation of defense position to the jury.

Before joining Fullerton Beck LLP, Alexandra worked for plaintiffs’ law firms, giving her firsthand knowledge of how opposing counsel develops a claim, constructs a damages narrative, evaluates settlement, and prepares for trial. She draws on that experience to anticipate arguments, assess how evidence may be presented to a jury, and identify weaknesses before a claimant’s theory becomes entrenched. Her experience on both sides of personal injury litigation enables her to evaluate matters from a broader perspective and develop defenses that address both the legal issues and the claimant’s overall litigation strategy. Alexandra employs a fact-intensive investigative model that integrates medical-record review, accident reconstruction, engineering analysis, photographic metadata, and public-record research. This approach has contributed to dismissals, favorable settlements, and significant reductions in client exposure.

A native of the Dominican Republic, Alexandra has contributed to women’s-rights advocacy, legal reform initiatives, and international human-rights efforts. Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and French, she represents international clients with operations in the United States.
