Alexandra Sued
Senior Counsel
Alexandra focuses her practice in the area of general liability, with an emphasis on high-exposure New York Labor Law cases, involving construction-related catastrophic accidents, wrongful death, and complicated medical issues. Alexandra also represents medical professionals and rehabilitation centers in medical malpractice cases.
Alexandra is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation group, representing clients in breach of contract matters of all kinds including business contracts, landlord-tenant agreements, and others. She represents individuals, building owners, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and corporations in all aspects of litigation. Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and French, Alexandra represents international clients with operations in the United States.
Prior to joining Fullerton Beck, Alexandra worked for plaintiffs’ law firms in Florida and New York, providing her with a 360-degree approach to her cases. With experience on the “other” side of personal injury cases, Alexandra is particularly adept at developing compelling defense strategies that lead to optimal resolutions for her clients.
In addition to her legal practice, Alexandra prepares foreign attorneys for the New York state bar exam, having successfully passed on her first attempt, a difficult feat for any attorney, especially foreign attorneys educated and trained outside the U.S.
She is also OSHA-10 certified.
