White Plains, NY (June 17, 2022) Fairfield County resident and Fullerton Beck partner Victoria Ronemus has been selected by Westfair Communications, publisher of the Westchester and Fairfield County Business Journals, as a 40 Under 40 business leader. This year’s 40 Under 40 class was honored at a reception on June 16, 2022, at The Stamford Hotel.
Ronemus represents some of the country’s largest insurance companies in construction law cases that fall under New York Labor Law. She defends prominent New York building owners, contractors and management companies in general liability matters involving construction accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability matters.
She is OSHA-10 certified, which enables her to communicate effectively with her clients to create winning defense strategies within the confines of the related laws and regulations
Ronemus also represents hospitals and other types of health care facilities in general liability and medical malpractice matters.

Ronemus attributes much of her success to “being a chameleon.” She has a keen ability to sense people’s “vibes” and adapt to their personalities. She explained that it helps her relate to clients of all kinds, which in turn encourages them to talk openly to her – the key to any good attorney-client relationship. This in turn allows her to implement effective defense strategies.
She is involved with DRI, a national organization for defense attorneys, serving on its Medical Malpractice Committee and is a former chair of its Women’s Luncheon held annually at the Construction Law Conference.
Ronemus also has been named for inclusion in New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Stars since 2018.
