With over three decades of experience, Kathi Rotondo is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who represents hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, and other medical professionals in a wide range of high-exposure, complex medical malpractice and long term care cases. She has handled hundreds of cases and has prevailed either by winning defense verdicts at trial or by settling cases for lower amounts than anticipated by her clients.
Kathi is known for her exceptional courtroom skills, which are a result of her meticulous preparation for trials and her ability to break down complex concepts into simple, understandable terms for jurors. Her background in science as a biology major in college and as a scientist prior to becoming a lawyer has also given her an edge, as she has a deep understanding of claims and can approach cases from a unique perspective.
Focused on becoming a trial attorney, Kathi began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Westchester County. She then made the transition to civil practice, where she worked for top national and regional law firms, as well as ran her own law firm in Westchester for xx years.
