Recognizing Stress Awareness Month: Fullerton Beck LLP’s Commitment to Employee Well Being
In recognition of Stress Awareness Month, Fullerton Beck LLP highlights its ongoing commitment to supporting the well being of its attorneys and staff through thoughtful wellness initiatives, meaningful time off, and a collegial workplace culture.
The firm recently launched on site fitness training twice each week, led by a professional trainer who conducts structured workouts in the office and in the office building gym focused on stretching, strength, and overall physical health. In addition, employees have access to the building’s fitness facility, with the firm supporting participation for those who do not already maintain a gym membership. This initiative builds on prior efforts, including yoga classes that were offered in the office.
Fullerton Beck also recognizes the importance of rest and recovery. The firm observes 11 paid federal holidays, and during and just following the COVID 19 pandemic, the firm expanded its benefits to include additional personal days specifically designated for mental wellness.
Beyond formal programs, the firm places significant value on fostering connection and morale. Employees regularly come together to celebrate holidays, professional milestones such as trial wins, and firm achievements, as well as for social events including an annual baseball outing and ice cream truck day each summer. These shared experiences are an integral part of the firm’s culture and contribute to a supportive and engaging work environment.
Through these initiatives, Fullerton Beck LLP continues demonstrate the high value we place on wellness and its benefits to both our team and our clients.
