Pedro’s title was previously managing attorney of the firm’s New Jersey office, which he will continue to do, and Bianco was formerly a special litigation counsel.
Pedro joined the firm in 2020 to establish and manage the firm’s Red Bank, New Jersey, office. He has practiced law for nearly 20 years, handling significant first- and third-party insurance coverage issues and helping clients make informed decisions about their insurance assets, policies, and risk transfer strategies.
Pedro represents insurance carriers and captive insurers on insurance coverage matters involving property damage, construction defects, environmental, title insurance, personal injury, additional insureds, errors and omissions, Bermuda form policies, professional liability, and others.
Many of his first-party matters encompass losses as a result of natural disasters, fire, computer data loss, broker negligence, declaratory judgment actions, water damage, boat damage, bad faith, and related business interruption, business income, and extra expense claims. He also has handled bankruptcy-related insurance coverage issues and cyber breaches.
Pedro earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2001. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Bianco joined Fullerton Beck in 2018, after working as an insurance defense litigator for 13 years. He focuses his practice on complex litigation arising from premises liability, construction projects, New York Labor Law, dram shop liability, and motor vehicle accidents.
An experienced litigator, Bianco successfully defends contractors, municipalities, public benefit corporations, property management companies, retail businesses, resorts and casinos, private landowners, home health aides, schools and daycares, and individuals at the trial and appellate levels.
Bianco earned a J.D. from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2004. He is admitted to practice in New York, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
