White Plains-based law firm Fullerton Beck kicked off 2022 with being named the fifth Best Company to Work for in Westchester. The list, which was published in the January/February issue of 914 Inc. magazine featured 17 companies ranked by The Best Companies Group. The rigorous submission process involved completing a detailed employer questionnaire on the firm’s demographics, benefits, culture, and more, and a blind employee survey that was sent to all attorneys and staff. The firm also participated in the Best Companies Group Best Companies to Work for in New York and was ranked the fifth in the small business category.
The firm is no stranger to awards. In the past year alone, the firm was named a Best of Business, Best Law Firm in Westchester County; 12 attorneys were named to Super Lawyers and SL Rising Stars; and one attorney was named to Best Lawyers Ones to Watch. In addition, the firm founders Eileen Fullerton and Katrine Beck were named to the annual list of Powerful Women in Westchester County; Eileen was named to the prestigious list of Women to Watch by Business Insurance; and Katrine Beck received the New York Bar Association’s Ruth Bader Ginsburg Vanguard Award and was named to the Crain’s New York Business Notable Women in Law for a second year.
