Fullerton Beck Hosts Firmwide Program on Preventing Burnout
Fullerton Beck recently hosted a firmwide program focused on preventing burnout and supporting overall well-being in the workplace. The one-hour session led by Krystal Taylor brought together attorneys and professional staff.
The program covered practical strategies for recognizing and addressing burnout before it escalates, emphasizing the importance of setting boundaries, managing time effectively, and maintaining balance in both professional and personal responsibilities. Participants explored topics such as how to define realistic expectations, the value of delegation, and ways to stay engaged and motivated in demanding environments.
The session also touched on common habits that can contribute to burnout—such as procrastination, overcommitment, and lack of balance—and offered actionable tools to help individuals build healthier routines and sustain long-term performance.
Designed to be interactive, the program encouraged attendees to participate through questions and live chat, fostering thoughtful dialogue and shared perspectives across the firm.
This initiative reflects the DEI Committee’s focus this year on supporting a workplace culture that prioritizes well-being, engagement, and sustainable success for all members of the firm.
