June 16, 2026

White Plains, NY (June 9, 2026) – Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have honored Fullerton Beck LLP as one of this year’s Best Workplaces in New York. This is the firm’s first year being named to this prestigious list. Earning a spot means that Fullerton Beck has surpassed rigorous benchmarks, establishing itself as one of the best workplaces in New York.

To determine the Fortune Best Workplaces in New York™ List, Great Place To Work collected more than 155,000 confidential survey responses from employees at eligible companies via its proprietary platform. Companies were ranked based on their ability to offer consistently positive experiences, building trust with leaders, colleagues, and the overall organization.

“This recognition reflects the strength of the culture our attorneys and professional staff have built together,” said Katrine Aliha Beck, co-founder of Fullerton Beck LLP. “An engaged and supported team allows us to provide our clients with continuity, thoughtful advocacy, and the high level of service they expect. Our workplace culture is not separate from our client service — it is fundamental to it.”

The Best Workplaces in New York list is highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were rewarded based on their ability to deliver positive outcomes for employees, regardless of role or status within the organization. To be eligible for the list, companies must be Great Place To Work Certified™, have at least 10 U.S. employees, and be headquartered in New York State or the New York Metropolitan area.

“Congratulations to the Fortune Best Workplaces in New York,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “By focusing on people, these companies are more resilient and effective in a business environment that demands speed, innovation, and agility.”

In 2025, Fullerton Beck also ranked as one of the Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ and the Best Small Workplaces™ lists.
