Our Mission & Core Values

At Fullerton Beck LLP, we believe that a law firm’s greatest strength lies not only in its legal skills but in the culture behind it. As a 100% women-owned litigation firm with offices in White Plains, Long Island, and Connecticut, we have built a practice where collaboration, mentorship, and inclusivity are not just internal values; they shape how we serve our clients. Our team-first approach means you benefit from a firm that works together to find smart, strategic solutions tailored to your needs. You will find us accessible, engaged, and committed to delivering results with clarity and purpose.

Mentorship & Professional Growth

Mentorship is a cornerstone of our firm’s philosophy. We focus on mentoring with timely and transparent feedback to help our team grow professionally and work toward their next professional goals. This approach ensures that our team members are given the support, resources and encouragement needed to thrive, which ultimately leads to better outcomes and service for our clients.

Commitment to Inclusion & Belonging

As a women-owned firm, diversity of thought and inclusion are integral to our identity. Both founders have immigrant and first-generation roots, which serve as the foundation of the firm’s mission of nurturing an inclusive workplace. Co-founder Katrine Aliha Beck has been recognized with the inaugural New York State Bar Association Ruth Bader Ginsburg Vanguard Award that honors a trial attorney who has made extraordinary efforts to address and raise awareness about issues of equity, diversity and inclusion. The firm has also been a longtime supporter of the Dominican Bar Association and was honored with its Law Firm of the Year Award. Other community-based programs Fullerton Beck actively supports include Girls Inc. Westchester, Her Honor Mentoring and Boys and Girls Club of Westchester.

Recognition and Growth

Our commitment to our values has not gone unnoticed. Fullerton Beck has been honored as a Best Small Company to Work for in New York and Westchester County. The firm is also a certified Great Place Work with 100% of employees agreeing with the sentiment. Our culture and work have enabled us to grow steadily since our founding in 2018 from a team of 7 to nearly 50 employees across three offices.

At Fullerton Beck LLP, you will find we are not just another law firm—we are a team that values each member’s contributions, fosters growth, and celebrates our collective uniqueness and successes, which transcends into offering best-in class litigation services.
