White Plains, NY (September 11, 2025) – White Plains-based litigation firm Fullerton Beck is proud to announce that Alexandra Sued has been promoted to Senior Counsel.

“We have been fortunate to have Alexandra with us since the beginning,” said Katrine Beck, co-founding partner at Fullerton Beck. “One of the firm’s first hires, she has become an integral part of our team, working across both General Liability and New York Labor Law matters. Known for her collaborative approach and her willingness to take on challenging cases, Alexandra draws on her time representing plaintiffs to bring unique insight and value to our firm, zealously defending our clients.”

Sued’s practice focuses on general liability, with a concentration on high-exposure New York Labor Law cases involving construction-related catastrophic accidents, wrongful death, and complex medical issues. Her prior experience as a paralegal has prepared her to be a meticulous investigator who aggressively pursues all possible defenses and works proactively to combat insurance fraud.

In addition to her liability work, Sued is part of the firm’s commercial litigation group, handling breach of contract disputes of all types, including business contracts and landlord-tenant agreements. Her diverse client base includes individuals, building owners, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and corporations.
Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and French, she often represents international clients with operations in the United States.

Sued is OSHA-10 trained and has been recognized as a Rising Star by New York Metro Super Lawyers. She is an active member of the Dominican Bar Association and the DRI Young Lawyers Committee.

“We are incredibly proud to promote Alexandra and foster her eternal desire to learn, grow and proudly represent our clients,” added Beck.
