The nation’s workforce continues to pivot and change with the demands of working from home. Our co-founder, Katrine Beck was recently interviewed by Westchester Magazine and weighed in on this topic. Katrine credits the firm’s continued success during this uncertain time to the foresight in anticipating the shut down; and to the employees who were willing to fully switch gears and work from home, even before the Governor issued any stay-home orders. Still, Katrine acknowledges that “it now seems that work and home blend into one another, with no real start or end to either.”

Despite the challenges presented by the pandemic, the firm was able to navigate during this difficult time without any furloughs or layoffs, and is now physically back to its offices under strict COVID compliance guidelines.
