White Plains, New York – (September 1, 2020) New York-based law firm Fullerton Beck LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Victoria Ronemus and Jason Aaron from special litigation counsel to partner.

Ronemus practices in the area of medical malpractice and general liability defense and handles construction site accident matters. She represents hospitals, doctors, nurses, long term care facilities, and other healthcare professional. She also defends building owners and management companies in premises liability matters, and contractors in New York Labor Law actions.

Since 2018, Ronemus has been named for inclusion in Super Lawyers Rising Stars in the area of Medical Malpractice.

Ronemus received a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University (2006) and Juris Doctorate from New York Law School (2011).

Aaron practices in the area of general liability, with an emphasis on Construction Law litigation and claims under New York State Labor Law. He represents prominent building owners, contractors, developers, and management companies and routinely handles high-exposure cases involving high-profile adversaries and complex legal issues, involving matters that range from wrongful death actions to convoluted property damage claims.

Aaron is chair of the Construction Law Committee of the Westchester County Bar Association and regularly lectures on New York State Labor Laws and other matters involving construction litigation at continuing legal education events and seminars.

Aaron received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware (2010) and Juris Doctorate from New York Law School (2013).
