Joevahny Abichet is a Judicial Clerk in Fullerton Beck’s Long Island office. A recent Boston College Law School graduate, Joe brings a varied legal background from his internships and jobs during college and law school.
While in law school, Joe was actively involved in the Black Law Students Association, the First Generation Professionals organization, and the Real Estate Law Society. He also gained invaluable hands-on experience as a student attorney with the Boston College Legal Services LAB, representing low-income clients in civil matters related to public benefits and special education. His advocacy helped ensure clients received critical benefits and services, sharpening his research, negotiation, and litigation skills.
In addition to interning at Fullerton Beck in 2023, Joe spent a summer as a legal intern at a global pharmaceutical company, working on global patent portfolios and supporting litigation management. Prior to law school, he worked as a legal assistant at a law firm on Long Island, where he gained insight into court processes and legal document preparation.
